The Tulsa Convention Center completed a multi-million dollar renovation and expansion in January 2010 providing meeting planners with an attractive, multi-use space for meetings of any size.
Our experienced staff has many years in the hospitality and meetings industry and know how to share the best practices of past events to make yours even more successful.
The Largest Ballroom in Oklahoma
We are proud to announce the opening of our beautiful new 30,000- square feet Ballroom in January 2010.
The Tulsa Convention Center's Tulsa Ballroom is the largest in Oklahoma and is divisible to accommodate groups of all sizes. Staging and special light and sound packages will enhance your program and our full-service catering department will deliver delights to your attendees' tasetebuds.
The new space is fully carpeted with hotel-quality amenities, seven adjacent meeting rooms, and an awe-inspiring pre-function area. This elegant and functional space serves as the perfect setting for banquets, receptions, general sessions and any other special events you can imagine.
Exhibit Halls: Space and Flexibility for any event
The attraction of the Exhibit Halls is easily explained: they are unbelievably spacious and incredibly flexible.
The Exhibit Hall at the Tulsa Convention Center is extremely user friendly and can accomodate shows, sporting events and meetings of virtually every design.
Divisible into three seperate halls, our Exhibit Hall make move in and out easy for the client and events spacious and convenient for their delegates.
Conference Hall: As big, or small, as you need it to be
Conveniently located on the street level of the Tulsa Convention Center, the Conference Hall provides a first-class setting for any event.
The 20,000 square feet Conference Hall can be used as one space, or it can be divided into seven sections as small as 1,200 square feet. When divided, the perimeter allows attendees to enter through each section's door.
Soundproof walls divide each section, and each features its own sound, lighting, and climate controls. The space has been used for meal functions, speakers, large breakouts and many other events. Flexibility is key in the Conference Hall!
Arena: Big Time Sports, First Rate Concerts, Family Shows
Since the facility's grand opening in 1964, the Tulsa Convention Center Arena has hosted world-renowned events.
Distinguished religious leaders, blockbuster family shows, and music icons like Elton John and the Rolling Stones. Most recently fans enjoyed Staind, Thomas and Friends and WWE-World Wrestling Entertainment in our Arena.
The recently renovated Arena is home to the Tulsa 66ers, an NBA Development League team. The Arena’s on-site parking and top-flight concessions are also perfectly suited for large conventions and seminars of up to 8,900 people.
Assembly Hall: Unparalleled Versatility
It’s not surprising that the Assembly Hall is one of the most popular rooms at the Tulsa Convention Center, because it is also one of the most versatile with 7,700 square feet of beautifully appointed space with 14 adjoining breakouts.
With a permanent stage, professional sound and lighting systems, and the privacy of being located on the second level, the Assembly Hall is the perfect room for your next meeting, dinner, dance or show. It's also a popular room for elegant wedding receptions.
Theater seating accommodates approximately 1,000 guests while the room can host over 400 people at round tables of 10.
The Assembly Hall can be extended in the back of the room by opening into four of the 2nd Level Meeting Rooms adding an additional 2,400 square feet.
Lower Level Meeting Rooms: Perfect Setting, Perfect Size, Perfect Location
Think of this as your conference room away from the office.
The three Lower Level Meeting Rooms at the Tulsa Convention Center offers the comfort and sophistication that you expect when convening a board meeting or other professional group or small meal function.
The three adjoining rooms have a total of 3,200 square feet of meeting space. A built-in conference table and wall ledges for mounted boards make these newly renovated Lower Level Meeting Rooms the perfect place for small meeting and breakouts.
2nd & 3rd Level Meeting Rooms: Many Different Meetings, Many Different Options
With so much space and updated interior finishes, groups of all sizes will find that the Tulsa Convention Center is the perfect fit.
The recently renovated Tulsa Convention Center offers a total of 35 meeting rooms, including:
